max allowed packet

Hello!
I'm trying to upload pdf files on mySql database but file size is greater than max_allowed_packet (about 5Mb).
How I can increase max_allowed_packet?? I have not SUPER privilege!
I must necessarily upload to mySql and not in root directory.

This is not something you're able to do, it requires a change to MySQL that runs at the server level. This is also not something we're able to change at this time, you will need to seek an alternative way for doing whatever you're attempting.
