    bought prime before hosting account creation preventing me from accessing my hosting

    I bought prime right after signing up, when the hosting account was being made...now whenever i click the button to continue to the hosting account i get errors. This is the second time ive brought this up, i payed money for prime, yet im not even able to use it. please help, asap.

    Your hosting account exists and has been upgraded to prime correctly. What errors do you receive?
