Help To Avoid Suspension

Hi x10 Hosting Team,

I wanna thank you for the amazing hosting services that you provide, i am using your free hosting service to host my personal blog , and since i am from high risk country (Jordan) my server was lotus, today around 6:12am - 6:13am i have received account suspension email and the suspension was

You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts

I have followed your procedures to clear my account , but i want some help from as follow:

1. can you tell me what resource was consumed (CPU,Memory,Processes)?

2. since am hosting WordPress blog can you tell the name of script that caused this high utilization so i can disable or replace with better one since i really don't want my account to be deleted from this amazing hosting service.

CPU, two separate occurrances from two separate files. One's from the index.php itself (useless, cause that doens't state -what- exactly caused it, could be any number of plugins for instance), the other was caused by a joint effort between the admin panel, and the admin panel's AJAX thing where it shows the news on the dashboard.

All I can suggest is to try disabling a few plugins and see if it goes away; HRU is NOT a permanent suspension, and the 1 warning you have will disappear on its own. The system's more designed as a "hey, heads up" rather than a "OMG BAN KILL MAIM TEAR RIP GRIND DESTROY" system


Edit: Forgot to note, if you do have plugins, it may not hurt to list them here, there's a few such as the SEO generating and sitemap generating ones that are known to cause HRU.

Sure that's what i like about x10host, its amazing hosting services, but i love to keep my record clean :D

and can i upgrade to paid x10Premium Hosting, what extra features i got and how it cost for yearly subscription?

The xml sitemaps one is known, but it doesn't always cause problems, so it may not hurt to let it be and see if it turns okay.
