Outgoing Webmail Server Connection Problem

I have several email accounts set up under my free hosting account. They worked well, and I was very pleased with them. However, in the past few weeks, I have not been able to send mail from them. All incoming mail works perfectly, but for some reason it tells me I can't connect to the server when I try to send a message. Please help! Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!
