Lifting the limits for my account

I was told to open a support ticket. But also to mention that I can't login from cPanel because my country in the list of High Risk lists. My website is older that 7 days and, username is same as my forum login.

Your account has never been limited, it is located on Stoli where it has been since October 2009, long before there was any limits imposed on any accounts.

What message do you get when you try to login to cPanel?

I get an error "Sorry, we are not able to accept cPanel logins from your ASN or country of origin at this time."

The thread has been opened more than 9 days ago...and has been escalated to ticket more than 7 days...but no response from anyone..

Ok, supporters, I don't know what else to do..waiting for more than 3 weeks and no response, no help in solution of this issue. Thanks, Anna tried to help by trying to notify Corey about this issue. But either he doesn't read them or he forgot it... Isn't here anybody else except Corey who is also into such cases? I just don't know whatever should I do get it fixed. I even sent PM to Corey, but it is still unread.
Somebody told me that the limitation is only for new signups. But somehow I face it while logging it. Could anyone else tell me then why I can't login to cPanel? Or does anyone know whom to contact about this "blocking script"?

I'll get someone's attention to this thread. It looks like you're not only on an older x10Hosting package, cPanel has glitched up preventing login.
