I try to load my website (http://www.minecraftguides.x10.mx) and then it goes to http://staff.x10hosting.com/default_page or something like that and says there is a server error. Below that it says if the error persists, I have to make a support ticket. I kept trying about every 2 minutes and it still didn't work. Any reason for this?

You will probably need to upload new files and wait a little while. Sometimes DNS takes a hour or longer to work.

Can we please keep this thread open till I have noticed that the issue has been resolved incase I find any problems with this again in the mean time then I can update this. Thanks.

Please try clearing your browser cache, the default page can often stick in there for a bit.
I can get to your domain just fine right now.
