The last helper said it would be up in 5-10 mins. including the website for the files on "Starka", but nothing seems to be happening...it has been 2 hours...still my site is down..is there a reason? or still in progress of fixing all accounts with "Starka"?

Unfortunately it seem to take longer then expected, keep an eye on http://status.x10hosting.com/ to see when it is marked as being resolved.
