Cannot access my cpanel

My site has now been reactivated, which is great. However, I cannot access my cpanel. I have tried using the same login detailsthat I have been given, which allow me access to my site, but it states login attempt failed. Please can you advise me on this issue.

Login to your account panel and update your password there. You don't have to change it, but just enter the password you currently use for old and new password. After that update completes, try logging into your cPanel again. https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php
