Server Error

When I'm trying to access to my site:

http://preycon.x10.mx

It only shows:

"Server Error
There has been a server error. Please try again momentarily.

If the issue persists, create a support ticket."

Now can't access neither Cpanel

Your site works fine for me right now, please try clearing your browser cache.

Do you get any errors when you try accessing cPanel? If so what are they?

Yeah, I delete my browser's cache and tried with to diferent browsers (Chrome and Firefox) but seems like Starka is down.

As aditional info, I can access the site through a proxy (hidemyass) but can't access in 'normal PC's' (3 different pc's checked)

I was reading more ppl with same problem, how can it be?

When you do your ping to preycon.x10.mx, does the request even clear your ISP before timing out? If the only result is a timeout, then your ISP isn't even trying comply with your request. Just to be sure, please post the results of your ping.
