cPanel password change

Hi, I couldn't figure out how to change my cPanel password a month or so ago, and recently forgot my whole account login. I changed my password, but now, I cannot login to my cPanel; a direct link gives me 'login attempt failed!' as does trying to type my login information myself. How can I reset or chagne my cPanel password?
