Boru server lost files

Hello i was wondering if someone can help me i lost all my files and cant access some parts of x10 hosting a missing file appears. I was directed to this forum link to explain my problem further. Boru - Account issues after the upgrades

The files are lost and your account is broken. You'll have to delete your account, make a new one, and then reupload your site. As the thread you posted said, you can get your database out of the cPanel before you delete and recreate.

How do you delete an account though? i Cant find a link or anything i was directed to here to post to get it deleted or my files put back on.

There was never an option to put your files back on due to it being impossible because your account is broken.
Instead, please fill this form out in its entirety to formally request deletion, and then reply back here with it:
