Why did I get only 500mb of space, if I was promised to get unmetered space?
2). cPanel says, that I have 2 of 4 databases in use, but when I try to add new database, it says, that I've reached my limit.
[kind'a self-solved] 3). When I try to export a database, it shows error:

export.php: Missing parameter: what
export.php: Missing parameter: export_type

3) - I think, this was because of server wasn't online at time. Now everything is o'kay.

1. If you are on the server lotus, then that would explain the 500 mb of space. You were placed on that server because it was determined that you are from a high risk country. Please read this thread about why and what you can do about it: Country Restrictions

2. There are only 2 available databases in free hosting. What the cPanel is listing is 2 SQL and 2 Postresql. Postresql isn't available to use in free hosting, so you can only use the 2 Sql.
