my site in joomla not work

I made a joomla forum, I have already uploaded, the file configuration.php correctly configured, the imported database, I cleared the browser cache and DNS and my site does not work.
What could be the problem?
I can go perfectly in the administration of joomla, but not in the page. I get the following page:

Rename or delete index.html and it should then go to the index.php file, which is the joomla install.
