account is not working

Hi i got this message in my account information

Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account. This could be the result of a different scenarios:
An older account was removed as the result of inactivity.
A past account has been terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
You have never had a hosting account.

Whatever the reason, you can always sign up for a hosting account now.

If you believe that this is a mistake you may open a support ticket here.

Is there any problem with account activation for me?

I don't show any actual hosting pending for you; you may want to login at x10hosting.com/control, but then go back to x10hosting.com and continue signing up for free hosting again. It's not showing any pending, so while it did the forum account, it appears signup never finished for the actual hosting side of it.

If you login to the control panel first (x10hosting.com/control) it'll preserve the forum account so you won't end up with two, which can cause some confusion when it comes to logging in every 31 days to avoid inactivity suspension.
