Shouldn't cloudflare show the cached version of my website while you were doing the maintenance, installing litespeed and other things instead of a 502 error page ?

Cloudflare will only show cacheable/static elements, and most pages are not cacheable unless you modify the cache-control or expires headers. See Section 14 of RFC 2616 for details on cache and proxy behavior using the cache-control and expires HTTP header fields.
