No C-panel, No-ftp, No page...

I am not sure I get the why it is not working, in the message board it reads problem on Starka was solved...
if my files are in SAN, how do I retrieve them into the live server...is that going to happen ever?
I mean my site is fairly new and already down inconveniently for a week more or less.

well, thanx for the response, yet I cant load my page, I cant log to CP nor to FTP connect.
My friends can't see the page, and i as well did try from other pc in different locations.
I did change my password.

Just to be 100% sure it's not a caching issue, please clear your browser cache, flush your DNS (as admin in Vista/Win7), cycle your browser, then try again.

My Cache is clean, as in = "0" bytes, and i just changed password for second time today, got again the message:"Your password change request has been processed. The changes that occurred to your services are listed below:

• Your client account password was updated successfully.
• Your forum account, mfgholdings63, had its password updated successfully.
• Your hosting account mfg has a password update processing"

I Know it may sound strange, but I cant FTP log, I cant use Cpanel, and every time I or friends or me in a different PC in different location type my web on the browser i get the response:
"The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection."
My Network is fine, I have no firewall, Antivirus disabled, I have not broken the hourly CPU time I would be allowed since I have not seen the page for over a week now....
So yes, My page is somehow UNAVAILABLE... and I wish it was.

Your site loads up fine for me. Went to check on your current IP in firewall in case there was a block as well, no hit.

I do not have a firewall on, actually, I did see the website the first few days, but since the time it was not there for the first time till now....It's not there.
I am beginning to believe this is a Hoax-freehoster or something...
You say you guys can see it, wile I cant from here in 3 different computers, my girlfriend cant see it from her house, and friends in Mexico, USA and England can't see it... something is fishy.
I don't mean to be rude...
but I cant even open it via ftp...I don't even have a control panel any more....
something wrong and it is obviously not me.
I do not get any FTP errors whatsoever, at most I get a time out or a server disconnect....
can any one help??

Could you try performing a tracert to starka.x10hosting.com and posting the results here? Since the firewall on the server isn't blocking you, I wonder where the connection is interrupted from your ISP to your hosting account server.

I think from the trace that the cerver is not opening up....my ISP is fine, Starka is on Vicodin?

so you ask for a tracert and now what? the only thing here in my opinion is that selectively the server is not responding to certain IP or group of IP, I could have been pushed to believe my ISP has blocked this server for hosting malaware, which it does according to some site... yet my ISP only blocks ports, and my ports are open, an till' the 9th i was able to see and work my page. so it is my opinion that Starka is not allowing the Geotracker of my location to answer or receive.
