I had made no changes whatsoever since then, so the problem isn't on my side.

Your server just got moved over to LiteSpeed from Apache. LiteSpeed does not have Multiviews.

Don't tell me I'm going to have to move hosts again...
I don't want to add 4 lines of code to my .htaccess for every file extension I have.
