Webpage appearing blank

The entire day the link to my website http://www.munish.tk has been appearing as a blank page even when there seems to be no problem with the public_html folder or .htaccess and index file. The website sometimes also gives server error and all links to subfolders with html files appear 404 not found.

The server now shows the directory of the website "Index of /" which is blank and gives me the following message

[ERROR] Can not open directory for URI: /!

Can someone please help because this website is essential to organizing an event that
I am running soon.

Normally this means that you do not have any pages stored in your main directory. Did you upload them directly into public_html or did you move them into some directory? Is there an index page? If not it will not load a page when you go to the domain.

I had uploaded all files directly to public_html and all files and index files exist. The problem may be that I accidentally dragged the entire public_html folder into a sub folder yesterday, after noticing that I had replaced it back in the /home/'username'/ directory but since then the website is unreachable.

Thank you for your help. I made a new public_html folder and dragged all files from the old public_html folder to the new one. Now the website works again therefore it was a problem with the directory.

Can you re-drag the public folder back? The permissions are probably wrong.
