problem publishing an iweb website

I want to create a website on my Mac, using iweb software, and publish it via xhosting. However, I have to key in certain data and I'm not sure exactly what to key in. The data I need is
1. server address ( which I guess is ftp.xhosting.com)
2. my password ( every time I key in what I understand is my xhosting password it tells me it is wrong when I try and publish the site).
3. the directory/path

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

2. It is your cPanel password which should be the same as your account panel and forum account password.

If that doesn't work try: public_html/
