    Database Not Working

    Basically, I'm creating a Drupal Site. However, the database does not get created. The database I'm trying to create is called mysite_drupal. However, it says the database already exists. This was true in the past, but I had to delete it to restart. Now, it seems that there is a phantom database.

    Please Help
