The problem right now is there's no valid website on the main domain (or at least one that's findable, as it shows the x10hosting default index), or you'dve already qualified for the limits to be raised as detailed in that post.

And that is because I cannot currently log into the cpanel, I have just finished the images, the css and the html file for the index page

But I have a wiki and a forum running ^^

But justa problem, it says lotus is ahving problems, is that why I am having trouble accessing the cpanel?

If you still have Cpanel problem just try logging in using

with your cPanel credentials.
