My site constantly Resource Limit Hit :(:(:(

Please read the HRU announcement.

You are using too many system resources (CPU) and have been limited for an hour. This may be because of high usage scripts. You can still log into cpanel to change/remove scritpts or configurations that are causing the high resource usage.

but few days ago it still works fine

If you look at when the news announcement was made, this is a relatively new system to replace the old resource suspension system. Now you can still log into cpanel while "suspended" and it only lasts an hour. This gives you time to figure out what is wrong with your scripts and fix them before your limit is reset.

But it is something wrong,
My site has never been suspended!
but for now it happens constantly

There is nothing wrong. It was just implemented recently. You will need to check what scripts you are using and get rid of anything that uses too much CPU power.
