Website with HRU limit everytime

Hello, I've got an free hosting account on your platform.
Recently i see a new cpu/mem time policy. Now my website is unreachable everytime.
In this account i have a smf forum and i think the configuration is fine, i can reach the site via ftp but not by html.
This error appeared yesterday and still continue today.
I have changed the index.php with index.html, i have changed my forum mode to maintenance for user can't load any page and declenche any script who can overload my limitation.

But anything oh these worked, can you help me ?

For now, I would suggest trying to tweak the performance of SMF (you'll need to contact SMF's support if you need to know how to do that).

My account isn't suspended, the website is just unreachable since yesterday with the limitation error.

It looks like it revoked access for multiple hours due to the excessive usage... you hit 3,000 CPU seconds in a short amount of time. What is running on your site that would cause such high usage?

I don't know precisely what is CPU usage but 3k is a big number ! O_O

I have a forum SMF on the 1.14 release. I've got, 150 users i think but just ~20 active everyday.
Recently we've been invaded by bot who post indesirable post (one per day usually) and my other admin and me banned them !

Nothing else is host. Just the smf forum.
