Hello there i was very greatful for my free web hosting service until a bandwith restriction was put in plave. Please can this be removed as it is having negative effects on my website

You have no bandwidth restrictions. Are talking about the high resource limit hit message? That's an entirely separate thing, has to do with CPU server resource usage, and it only lasts for an hour compared to a full account suspension it used to cause in the past. If it happens again, you'll still be able to login to your cPanel and disable any mods or plugins that caused the high resource usage.
