open my site display

Hi I am new here.
everytime i open/write my site (http://juhoneyempuerto.x10.mx/) to browser the display is welcome to x10 webhosting.

How do i view my site? How do i know it was already published? How do i know if it is correct? do you have any preview?

If i god display welcome this means it is not active yet?
