InnoDB Database Error: user warning: Unknown table engine 'InnoDB' query

I am on Starka and starting on 9/18 I started getting the following error on most of my site pages. user warning: Unknown table engine 'InnoDB' query

I have also seen several others mention this same error starting around 9/18 but have not seen any explanation or eta of a fix.
