new user: can't launch RVSiteBuilder nor Softaculous

I just started an account yesterday. I wanted to start a website from a template just to get started and try some stuff. But I can't start the RVSiteBuilder nor Softaculous.

When I click on the RVSitebuilder icon in the cPanel I get the following error message:
Sorry, the file /var/cpanel/rvglobalsoft/rvsitebuilder/www/index.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so.
Please contact your provider.

And when I click on the Softacolous icon in the cPanel I get this:
Site error: the file /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/enduser/inc.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

As I don't have a clue what this is all about, any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
