my hosting account has gone

after i logged in my hosting account had gone and didn't even seem to exist, what can i do to get it back?

I think,This could probably be the inactivity suspension which is not handled/unsuspended for long time.That means that according to ToS, the account will be deleted.Any detail regarding such hosting account would have been intimated to you over the registered email.
If you donot find the emails, kindly check your spam folder too.

i have checked my e-mails and have nothing ! is there anyway to retrieve any files? for me to be able to download the files to my pc if i can' get my account back? i had some important files that i don't have a copy of !

What was your cPanel username?

No results come up with that username. When an account is terminated, it's permanently deleted. There is nothing there to retrieve. It's all gone.
