I do not know if the server that my files are on is also the same server as MySQL is on, but the server that my files are on is Chopin.

Mysql should be back alive now.
Mysql is on the same physical server, but is a different service running from the service that makes your site show online so one can be down without the other being down if that service fails for any reason.
