"Domain not in use"

Hi

I posted 4 days ago regarding my domain giving a 404 error when entering it and its subdirectories. Being I did not receive an answer and many other similar threads were made, I assumed it would be a passing problem, but the issue still remains. The only message I've gotten from the domain the past days is this one;

"This website does not exist!
The domain you have requested is currently not in use under an x10Hosting web hosting account. If you would like this domain, you can register it now.

The domain is in use and I've used it for about 8-10 months. I've even made you change the main domain 2 days ago just to see if it would get this back up(which it did not).

As stated before all my files are listed in my CPanel and my FTP software.

Being my account is free I shouldn't really complain, but I feel any issue should be reported anyhow.

Thanks for your time and should you require additional information I'll be happy to hand it over.

Do you have an index.php or index.html ? Do you have any redirects via .htaccess?

Aye the main domain seems to be working for now, but I've still got issues viewing the subdirectories that should be there. Most importantly the downloads directory(http://xavior2.x10.mx/downloads) which has up this week been working great.

404 Error - The file or directory you have requested was not found on the server.
Common reasons for this error:

Incorrectly spelt file or directory.
The file or directory was removed.

CPanel still displays them and I've just re-uploaded everything just in case, but at this moment its still not working.

got a url of a file that is supposed to be in there?

do you have an index.html in the directory?
