Help! #1286 - Unknown table engine 'InnoDB'

When i came onto my site to login to my game, it said there was an error, Login username/password incorrect, so i was confused, i checked the MySQL database, and when i clicked on a table, i got this error :
#1286 - Unknown table engine 'InnoDB'
i dont think its a problem with my sccript, was there any changes in chopin mysql or somthing??
