    Account deletion

    Good Morning,
    I created an other account for test from France, and this account in hosted on LOTUS server, but the support ticket creation is not available for this server.
    This account is jccm and the email address is judo.chateauneuf@gmail.com.
    This account was created for test, and I created an other account on your site with the real name.
    Is it possible for you to delete this account ? ( jccm / judo.chateauneuf@gmail.com )
    Also,I tried to change the contact email address but i never received the confirmation code.

    You can still login to the forums directly with the forum account linked to that hosting account and enter a support ticket directly in the Free Hosting section.

    We can only delete the account if a deletion request is properly posted from the linked forum account. For instructions on how to delete an account see: http://x10hosting.com/wiki/Delete_a_...osting_Account

    OK, but the Ticket opening is not possible for the LOTUS Server , it's for that i opened a ticket with this account to delete the account : jccm / judo.chateauneuf@gmail.com .

    There is a forum account associated with that hosting account. What we are asking is for you to login to the forums with that forum account to request as verification that the account belongs to you. http://x10hosting.com/forums/

    Please don't forget to fill out and post this form while logged in as that forum account in your deletion request:

    cPanel username:

    ( ) Inserting an X inside the parentheses signifies that I have made all necessary backups of my free hosting account and will not hold x10Hosting responsible for any data I am unable to recover after my free hosting account is deleted. The X also serves as my digital signature verifying that I have proper authorization to request account deletion of the account specified.

    excuse me, i didn't understood that the ticket must be open in the forum, but in the request system.
