[ERROR] Can not open directory for URI: /sourcecode/!

Hey, I'm having a problem with my website. I'm on the starka free hosting server. One section of my website (http://twbp.x10hosting.com/sourcecode/) tells me "[ERROR] Can not open directory for URI: /sourcecode/!". The problem is, there are files uploaded to that directory and my users and I need access to that directory. I thought at first that this was simply a temporary problem, but it's been going on for nearly a month now. Can you shed some light on this?

Make sure you have permissions set to 0755 on the directory
Do you have an index.html file in the directory? How is .htaccess set up?
