Cannot remove www prefix on subdomain

I'm having an issue with the creation of a sub domain for my site (seosanantonioinc.com).

I tried to create a sub domain projects.seosanantonioinc.com (for an additional site under the main domain). instead I got www.projects.seosanantonioinc.com even though I did not include the www during the process.

I tried to modify the dns entry that was made but I still get a server error page a few hours after making my changes when I go to the projects.seosanantonioinc.com. If I put the www as the prefix it goes there fine but that seems too long. Is there a way I can have this corrected?

Hello,

Right now www.projects.seosanantonioinc.com does not work for me. I get a DNS error because that subdomain (www.projects) does not exist. projects.seosanantonioinc.com works fine for me (subdomain projects). I get a page with a big green button that says Test Page.

Please clear your browser and DNS cache and try again.
