Login to CPanel

Why can't I login to the CPanel? Without this, I am not able to update my content, http://www.bowl.pcriot.com/Index.htm.

Please help - this has been frustrating me for over 1 week now.

What url are you using to access your cPanel? Are you able to reach the login page at all? What error shows up when you try to login?

I begin on the page https://x10hosting.com/control/

Then I click on "View Details" of the free web hosting: https://x10hosting.com/control?hosting=&u=prstava

Finally, I click on "Login to cPanel" https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/l...n_theme=cpanel

At that point, I get the standard "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".

I am using IE version 8. However, I also have tried with Opera version 10.63 and had the same results.

Anyone have an idea on this? I am getting very frustrated.

Could you do a tracert and ping to chopin.x10hosting.com and post the results here? I'm curious at what point the connection stops in order to determine what's causing this.

I figured it out on my own. I changed the firewall settings on my DSL router from High to Low. Now it is working, so I am going to close this.
