Please help me : Pending Hosting Account Signup - error code C0D0B733

Please help me to process my Hosting Account Signup.

The case is as follows:
1. When signig up for the first time I placed a password longer then 16 characters.
2. There was an error message and I shorten the password to a correct one.
3. I made "Reattempt Signup" but all the time there is an error C0D0B733 as bellow:

An error occurred as your hosting account signup was executed. The error is shown below:

The password supplied must be between 1 and 16 characters in length.

My password is correct now

4. I repeated "Reattempt Signup" few time ( and even waited 24 hours before next Reattempt - according to an info from the forum) but all the time there is an error C0D0B733 .

So please help me.
