cPanel Access Issue

I just found out that I can't access my Control Panel anymore. Can this be fixed please..I need to check/change some important setttings?

I'm getting only the standard web-browser error message that the page can not be loaded. Webmail doesn't work either (same error as cPanel)

I am able to load cPanel on both https://nurbracer.x10.mx:2083 as well as https://lotus.x10hosting.com:2083 -- have you tried both of those URLs (note the first one will likely generate an ssl security error, but you can safely ignore it and choose to proceed anyway/add an exception)
