unsuspend my account

Hi
I just forgot to login for a last two months.
so my account was suspended due to inactivity.
I tried to unsuspend myself but I didnt find 'suspensions' link under hosting tab.
am getting this message when I click Hosting link

"Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account. This could be the result of a different scenarios:
An older account was removed as the result of inactivity.
A past account has been terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
You have never had a hosting account."

so pls do the needful.

You do not have a hosting account currently tied to your forum account. We have a policy in place where if you do not log into the forums once every 31 days your account gets suspended for inactivity. Any accounts that are suspended for longer than 14 days are automatically deleted in order to free up space for the people who use their accounts. Unfortunately, it appears that you may have fell victim to what I described above and your account was deleted. I can verify this if you can remember what your cpanel username was and post it in a reply (as you might just be logging in from the wrong forum account).

Unfortunately, once an account is deleted, all of the data is gone from our servers with no recovery possible. You are free, however, to attempt to create a new hosting account by logging into your account panel with your email address and password and following the links there to create a new hosting account.

Ya thanks for the info Skizzerz.
my cpanel username is gread. as u said it might be deleted.
I need one more info is it possible to create a multimedia website using flash files in our x10hosting.

Hello,

It seems that the account "gread" was deleted on September 16 after having been suspended for just about 37 days. You are free to create a new account since the old one is gone. As for flash files, since flash runs on the user's browser and not the server, there are no restrictions on having flash content on your website as long as the site follows our Terms of Service.
