High rescourse usage triggered by ajax errors

After spending a couple of weeks trying to get my akeeba back up working with joomla

and succeeding every time i now try to back up i get an error which ive posted below!

AJAX Loading Error
HTTP Status: 503 (Service Unavailable)

when this error triggers the back up fails and then my site gets banned for an hour?

so basicaly because your servers become temporarily unavailable its blocking my site?

x 10 is becoming gradualy harder to use for the majority of people who are trying to

run community web sites on little or no budget ?

how am i supposed to back up anything when your system is set up to fail when its

backing up?

not to mention the constant mysql errors too?

can someone tell me whats going on?
