The email account seems not working .

I have set up a email account like ***@****.pcriot.com, and try to send some test mail to my hotmail account, also try to send test email from hotmail account to ***@****.pcriot.com. But neither account received the test email. Please help me out. I am on server "boru".

I did some other tests and here is the further information.
(1). It turned out that i can send email to gmail account but can not receive email from that. Here is the information:
***@***.pcriot.com

Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 No Such User Here (state 14).

(2) still can not send email to hotmail account or receive email from it. when try to send email from hotmail to this account, it was failed. here is the information:
Delivery to the following recipients failed.
