Cannot Access File Index

My file index, which before was accessible at http://crimock.elementfx.com, now gives a 404 error. However, all my files are still accessible through the control panel, and direct links to files seem to work fine. Why is this? How can it be resolved?

Sorry, kind of a newb at this, and I'm not sure what you mean by the name of my index file.

Just in case I didn't explain myself well enough, I'll try again. That URL gave me my root directory before. Now it gives me a 404 error, and I'm trying to figure out why and what URL to go to so I can quickly view my root directory.

That indexing feature has been turned off by the Admins.
