I Need help!!! - Not able to access my account

I can't access my account and can't find a good reason for this. Would someone please help!!!

I created my account wjt.x10.mx September 26 at 6:28 pm - I could not access it neither on the web, cpanel, nor via ftp. Yesterday I changed it to wjt.exofire.net with the same results. NOTHING!!!!

I posted this problem on the forum yesterday and recieved an answer that I couldn't understand the response. Could someone please help me.

Please clear your browser's cache. What I see when I go to your site is the default index.html that is included in all new hosting accounts. Please delete that index.html and replace it with your own.
