Error establishing a database connection

This error keeps coming up! I have to make a wordpress for my school so this is extremely annoying. Can someone please mitigate this issue?

I know right now MySQL has been a bit flaky. I haven't found as to what the cause of it is yet, but I will certainly work to get this issue resolved. Right now your Wordpress install seems to be working so it certainly is an intermittent problem.

Yes this problem has been intermittent, but it would be great if it could be fixed permanently since people will be visiting my WordPress often.
