still cant reach root

i still cannot reach the root of my website [http://biotoxic.tk] through a browser, it just keeps redirecting to 404. I opened a ticket on the 17th of september, but that was closed with no reply

Please check your cpanel and your .htaccess file to see if there are any redirects in effect. Also check to see if the root of your site has an index file to go to.
