How can I make a site like this?

I read that the way to do something like this was to delete/not have/rename the index.php or index.html file and it'll show the directories like on this site.

Directory listings no longer show since the change over to Litespeed servers. Litespeed here we come You'll need to make actual webpages for your website to show your content.
