FTP 421 error

Hello everyone and admins.

Yesterday, I wanted to update my site (leyotademars.x10.bz) via FTP.
Unfortunately, I had this error:

421 50 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry

I thought it was a temporary issue, but today, I retried it and I received the same error message.

Could you please help me for resolving this issue?

Right now, I can access to the FTP and can upload/modify my files.

Has this issue been definitively resolved or can it be a recurrent issue (I mean: can I have the same issue in few hours?)?

There was a problem that has been resolved, but yes, you can run into the same issue from time to time because there are a lot more than 50 hosting accounts per server, and every once in a while more than 50 people will want to work on their sites at around the same time. Usually trying again in a few minutes will let you get through. (Increasing the number of simultaneous FTP sessions will affect the server performance in other areas, so it's a compromise. It usually works, but can't always.)

At least, I understand that there was a sort of "major" issue which could impact many users.
I understand too that I may have this same issue later but intermittently and with some tries, I will have access to my FTP account.
Well, it's a good deal and the reason is comprensible.
