Trouble with ftp login

I am having trouble with ftp login.if i login using ftp it shows ftp server not available . what can i do.

Please try again. If it's still not working, then try your cPanel's filemanager until it's fixed. By the way, I noticed that others also have trouble with this in the same server, and I wasn't able to visit their sites for a few minutes. It's all back online now, so ftp might also be fixed now. Please let us know if it is or not.
