Sometimes the website open easily but some times its gives this continuous error "Error establishing a database connection".

The connection to DB is fine. I'm using the free hosting. My domain is "htt://chartahir.x10.mx"

After multiple attempts when refreshing the page, sometimes it start working but some time its the same error again and again.
