Hey, I am reposting this since no one bothered answering the last time, maybe this time I'll be lucky. I registered at x10hosting a couple of days ago and supplied a password longer than 16 characters at first. Everything seemed to be in order until I received an error stating:

An error occurred as your hosting account signup was executed. The error is shown below:

The password supplied must be between 1 and 16 characters in length.

So I changed my password my password to something shorter than 16 characters, resent the request but I'm still getting the same error.

Can anyone help me?
