I am using x10hosting free version and its shows I can create upto 4 databases. But it doesnt allow me to create more than two. Please help me.

That's two MySQL databases and two PostgreSQL databases -- but PostgreSQL is disabled for Free Hosting (and I don't think there's a way to tell cPanel that one of the database engines is not running).
